As promised, here are the recipes for a few of the featured food items. Our food stylist for the shoot, Joanna Meyer came up with these delicious recipes, perfect for so many occasions!
Lightly dressed with a garlic-infused balsamic vinaigrette, this Spinach Caprese Salad is simple to prepare and refreshing to share.
In a bowl, combine the onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and marinade for a 30 minutes to create the dressing.
Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl, toss with the dressing and serve immediately.
With just a few steps you can create the perfect Mango Pineapple Chutney to upgrade plain cheese and crackers to a sweet and savory treat with a little kick.

Mango Pineapple Chutney over Cream Cheese with Crackers
Serves 12
Ingredients
2 cup pineapples, diced
1 cup mangos, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup sugar
7 tbsp white wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, room temperature
crackers
Directions
To create chutney, combine all ingredients (except cheese and crackers) in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat to cool.
Spoon chutney over the cream cheese and serve with crackers.
