Gorgeous Glam Holiday Mantel

It’s that time of year to start thinking about your holiday decor! We usually put up our Christmas tree right after Thanksgiving, but we will be moving that week so it will have to wait a little longer! We recently styled One Mantel, Three Ways for DIY Network including some easy, fabulous DIY projects you can make at home. Today we are sharing our first mantel theme, Glam Winter Wonderland. While I love all three of the styles, this one is definitely my favorite and is perfect inspiration for what I plan on doing in our new living room! We used a lot of white, silver, and sparkle to create this pretty scene.

We created this beautiful silver glitter reindeer art and framed it in a white 20″ x 20″ frame. This became the centerpiece for the entire mantel and we just love the impact it makes! You can find step by step instructions for the glitter reindeer art, here.

We used our 5 inch honeycomb balls in white and gray to create this fabulous garland for the top of the mantel. The honeycomb balls can be strung together on twine or ribbon or left unstrung to be placed along the mantel. This project can be recreated using step by step instructions found here.

A layered paper banner with the word “Believe” was the perfect fit for this silver and white fireplace mantel. You can find the free printable design and step by step instructions here.

Hi! I know this is a really old post but I am wondering if this stacked stone fireplace was painted? I am wanting to paint mine and would love to know what kind of paint was used, if it was primed, sprayed, rolled, etc! Thanks is advance for any help!
