{Cupcake Monday} Oreo Cupcakes by Bakerella!
Oh dear Bakerella, how we’ve missed you so. One of my all time favorite bloggers, Angie aka Bakerella {of cake pop fame} underwent a kidney transplant last month. Her mother donated a kidney to her and both are recovering well. I woke up this morning to a post about these Cookies & Cream cupcakes that Angie baked over the weekend. It’s so good to see her baking again! Not to mention, baking something so incredibly yummy!

I bought the Cake Pops book but haven’t had a chance to bake anything from it yet. Those oreo cupcakes sure look delicious though!
