Alright guys, well… for this edition of Cupcake Monday, I’m just at a loss for words. A cupcake. And a macaron. In one place. At once time. Did I die and go to Heaven, or is this Vanilla Bean Blueberry Cupcake recipe from Raspberri Cupcakes for real?! What has to be the ultimate in pretty pastries made my heart pitter patter on page load, so I knew I had to share it with you. The recipe gives fresh, fruity twist on the classic vanilla cake, using both orange juice and fresh or frozen blueberries in the batter. Yum!
