Gorgonzola Crostini Recipe…
Here is another recipe we featured in our Tea Party Bridal Shower shoot! This crostini is so delicious, simple and stunningly gorgeous.
Creamed Gorgonzola with Fig and Honey Crostini
Ingredients
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1/8 cup gorgonzola cheese or to taste
crusty baguette sliced
fresh figs sliced
honey to drizzle
Directions
Slice baguette on an angle and lightly toast. Fluff together mascarpone and gorgonzola with a fork. Spread whimsically over your crostini. Add fresh figs and drizzle with honey.
