BACK TO SCHOOL PARTY: ALPHABET CHEESE & CRACKERS!

Cheese and crackers are the perfect snack for kids! We figured out a super cute way to display them for your Back to School activities and celebrations! In partnership with the Real California Milk we decided to take this classic snack and add a little fun and healthy twist! Use alphabet cookie cutters to spell out anything! We did “ABC” but you could create your child’s name or a happy message!

Alphabet Cheese & Crackers

Ingredients

• Real California Monterey Jack cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
• whole wheat crackers
• roma tomatoes, sliced
• yellow squash, sliced
• cucumber, sliced

Supplies

• alphabet cookie cutters
• skewer or popsicle stick

Directions

Use an alphabet cookie cutter to cut letters from the cheese. To ease the removal of the cheese from the cookie cutter, use the blunt edge of a skewer or a popsicle stick to press along the edges gently.

Top the crackers with a vegetable slice and a cheese letter. Serve immediately.
