Hello! I am so excited to be back on the blog today to share the reveal of our latest renovation project! If you follow me on social media, you may have seen a few glimpses of Griswold, a beautiful home we just finished remodeling, staging and listing. I am so excited to share the before and after images of this fabulous property and show you what we updated. For this remodel I used many beautiful products from Floor & Decor. From the main wood plank flooring to the cement tile kitchen backsplash, to the stunning master bathroom floor, I was able to locate the perfect materials for this project. Here are all of the Floor & Decor products I used in this home…

Floor and Decor Tile

1 | Navarro Beige Wood Plank Tile
2 | Equilibrio Black Encaustic Cement Tile
3 | 6″ x 18″ Bright White Ice Ceramic Tile
4 | Unglazed Charcoal Penny Tile
5 | Bayona Ceramic Tile
6 | 4″ x 10″ Bright White Ice Ceramic Tile
7 | Unglazed White Penny Tile

All of the tile I chose was in-stock, affordable and ready to go!

Wood Plank Tile

Let’s start with the main flooring. I used this gorgeous wood plank tile in another property earlier this year (see here) and I loved it so much, I chose it again for this home. Navarro Beige is a lighter tile, with a nice mix of beige and gray, depending on the lighting in the space. I absolutely love how large the planks are (9″ x 48″). It was used for all of the main living areas (formal living, formal dining, kitchen and family room) as well as three of the four bathrooms in the home. Here’s a before and after of the formal living and dining areas…

Amazing what flooring, paint, carpet and lighting can do, right?

Speaking of the kitchen, can we talk about the gorgeous black, white and gray tile backsplash? This is encaustic cement tile called Equilibrio Black and I used this stunning patterned tile in my own home, in both the kitchen as well as a bathroom. It’s one of my favorite cement tile patterns available anywhere!

This is the downstairs guest bathroom and we used the smaller Bright White Ice tile (4″ x 10″) in the new shower, as well as halfway up the walls and Navarro Beige Wood Plank Tile on the floor. Pretty, pretty!

Can you share where you got the black and white bathroom rugs. Gorgeous! Also, can you link the sconce lights near the stairway? Beautiful job.
