Yesterday, I introduced you to the new Cricut Explore Air Gold and promised I would share the exclusive projects we created in partnership with Cricut and Joann for the launch! To celebrate the new GOLD machine, we created projects with a focus on….you guessed…GOLD! So let’s get this party started and check out what we made!

We love these Freixenet black mini bottles of champagne and have utilized them for other projects in the past. For these, we took off the labels and added our exclusive “thank you” graphic in gold vinyl. You can make dozens vinyl cuts in minutes with Cricut Explore Gold. These would make a perfect party or wedding favor for your guests to take home! You could also use this concept but personalize them with the bride + groom’s name, date…you name it! We tied a cute black + white bow around the bottle for an extra little touch.

How fun is this tulle skirt we embellished with dozens of gold paper flowers cut with the Cricut Explore Gold? We used various types of gold paper + cardstock to add dimension and variation to the skirt! You can sew each individual flower onto the skirt, or glue them as we did.

We love making party garland in all shapes and materials, so we decided to create a modern geometric 3D diamond garland in various patterns of black, white and gold! With the Cricut Explore Gold, you can cut and score the diamond template with ease. This garland would be fabulous for a photo backdrop or just to add a festive touch to any party space!

We decided to take it to the next level by adding celebratory sayings to giant, round 36″ balloons! With the Cricut Explore, you can cut vinyl (tons of colors, but we used gold!) in seconds and easily apply it to balloons! Think of all of the possibilities!
