Thanksgiving Decor + $200 Shutterfly Giveaway…

Simple design. It’s what I love. I created a few new Shutterfly projects to add some Thanksgiving decor to our home this month. As you know, I love designing plates on Shutterfly and these “thankful” plates were super simple to create. You can easily make them in minutes like I did, or customize your own with names, etc. Here’s how to do it:
- Visit Shutterfly, scroll down and select “plates”
- Choose the “in your words” plate
- Click “personalize”
- Click the “background” tab, select the color (I used the darker gray)
- Click on “enter text here” and add your text
- thankful
- font: regina
- font size: 150
- color: white
- Preview + add to cart!

We just had our family photos taken by my amazing friend, Vicki and they turned out so fabulous (I’ll post them soon)! Of course, I want to put them all over everything, so I created new ornaments using this cute “wood” layout on Shutterfly. We can use them for Thanksgiving and then hang them on the tree for Christmas!
Custom canvases are always fun to create and easy to switch out for each season/holiday! I designed this “be thankful” graphic with the cute turkey and you can download it here.
If you would like to recreate the canvas I made on Shutterfly, follow these instructions:
- Download the “be thankful” graphic here and save to your computer
- Visit Shutterfly, scroll down and select “framed canvas prints”
- Choose the “photo gallery” canvas
- Select 16×20, white frame
- Click on “personalize”
- Click “layouts” tab and select the full photo vertical layout
- Upload the “be thankful” graphic, preview + add to cart!

Oh my goodness I love Shutterfly! I love, love, love the ornament idea that you have. Its such a neat way to use them. If I won the raffle I would order two of the hard cover books I’ve been working on or a photo puzzle or some of those cute ornaments. I would also love one of their photo blankets. There are just so many things I want from Shutterfly I suppose.

I love Shutterfly! I would get some pictures enlarged for my new house as well as some photo books. Yearly photo books are the only thing my parents ever want from us kids for Christmas. We started in 2008 and it’s always fun to look through everyone’s books every time we head home.
