When the property next door to the Stoegbauer home came on the market, Kim couldn’t resist – she had always admired it and immediately saw its untapped potential. Located on the Ocotillo Golf Course, the home offered a prime setting but was in need of a complete transformation, with most of its finishes still original from when it was built 25 years ago. Kim jumped at the opportunity to purchase, renovate, stage, and then sell the property, breathing new life into every space. The kitchen underwent a dramatic upgrade with the addition of a large island, perfect for gathering and entertaining, along with a custom oversized drywall hood that became a striking focal point. The pantry was reconfigured to be larger and more functional, now featuring beautiful metal and glass custom doors and white oak floating shelves that add both warmth and sophistication. Every space in the home was renovated, from the gorgeous bathrooms to the laundry room and home office… each infused with thoughtfully curated finishes and design details. The result is a stunning reinvention… modern, elevated, and thoughtfully designed to showcase the home’s architecture and enviable golf course views!
