I made Paula's banana nut muffins with cream cheese frosting last week. They were for the kids but I ate almost all of them. I should have just thrown the bananas out!!!!
As long as individual servings make the cut, have you seen mini trifle bowls? They have them on sale at Crate and Barrel, and they are the freakin cutest things in the world. Wee trifles are definitely making an appearance at my daughter's Cornish Fairies birthday party next month.

CAN THE LAVA CAKES BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME AND REHEATED. how long do you reheat in micowave
