Nestled in the coveted Circle G Ocotillo neighborhood in Gilbert, this stunning home was a true full-circle project. After helping the family sell their previous home, we played a key role in locating this incredible property, which was then thoughtfully remodeled and furnished to reflect their lifestyle and vision. The transformation embraces the TomKat signature style – neutral, warm, and modern – with layered textures, natural materials, and elevated finishes throughout. Every detail was curated to bring both comfort and sophistication, from custom millwork and striking lighting to timeless furnishings. Now, the home is perfectly tailored for this amazing family – offering inviting spaces to gather, unwind, and make lasting memories. We’re currently working on a freestanding studio space to support their creative needs, with a guest house planned in the future to make the property even more versatile and welcoming.
