Niomee Baker is a full time Realtor® on the TomKat team where she fulfills her love for helping others find their dream home and connecting with people! She recently got her certification as a specialized divorce real estate agent so she can now better help couples and families going through the divorce process and selling their homes. After graduating from ASU, Niomee moved to Chandler where she focused on raising her 3 children. She is the co-owner of a large Chandler community group, Ocotillo Friends, where she has been able to focus on giving back to the community, supporting local businesses through relationship building.
Sonia is a recent graduate from Arizona State University, with a major in Design. Sonia supports the design team in all aspects of each project, with a specific focus on helping bring the team and client's visions to life. She is highly proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup and Enscape, allowing her to provide the drawings and renderings needed to assist the clients in visualizing all materials and finishes in each space of their home or business.
Sonia specializes in creating inviting and functional spaces that beautifully blend style and comfort. Drawing inspiration from her Hispanic heritage, she skillfully incorporates rich cultural elements into her designs, bringing warmth and personality to each project.
Heather brings two decades of experience working with clients to bring their interior design and revenue-based projects to life. She beautifully executes interiors for homes and boutique commercial spaces focusing on aesthetics; color, fixtures, furniture, and finishes.
She is passionate about developing community relationships and is a skilled communicator with clients, teams, and trades. She also has vast knowledge in construction and real estate with a talent for producing an upscale look within budget.
Heather currently resides in Chandler, she is a Los Angeles native and graduated from Loyola Marymount University, before relocating to the Valley of the Sun.
Lisa brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and a keen eye for design to help clients envision what could be. Lisa received her bachelor's degree from ASU and her master's from NAU. She couldn't love her job more and feels her role with the TomKat team is perfectly suited for her skill set. Her favorite part of this dream job is the grand reveal of a full remodel and the excitement that it creates for her clients. Lisa is so grateful to work with the TomKat team of strong + creative women.
Lisa is married with 2 children. Her family loves to travel whenever possible. They love to entertain and always make time for fun with friends.
Kim is the founder of The TomKat Studio and TomKat Real Estate. With 25+ years of experience in real estate, design, remodeling and flipping homes, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients and as the leader of the TomKat team. She dreams big and works diligently to bring those dreams to fruition. Her vision and attention to detail define the TomKat brand and style.
Kim moved to Chandler during elementary school, graduated from Dobson High then attended ASU where she met her husband, Danny. They live in Ocotillo with their children, Tommy (19) and Kate (17) and their tiny chihuahua, Barkley. Read more of her story here.
Annette has been an integral part of the TomKat team for over 4 years, supporting our design projects from start to finish for our remodel, new build and decorating clients. She has a remarkable talent for sourcing a wide variety of items from construction materials to furnishings and decor, all based on the latest styles and trends. Annette also manages our furniture, lighting and materials procurement department with precision, and oversees cleint accounting, making her an essential part of operations.
A Chandler resident for nearly a decade, Annette lives with her husband, twin boys and two dogs. In her spare time, she is a dedicated coordinator for The Big Three Dog Rescue.
