When it comes to celebrating the Fourth of July, it’s all about red, white and blue. We’ve partnered with Seagram’s Escapes to #KeepItColorful and add a little color to your festivities for the fourth! My favorite poolside cocktail is a piña colada. The classic recipe of rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice is cool, light and refreshing on a hot summer day. To infuse a little flavor and color into traditional piña coladas, we simply added a bit of Seagram’s Escapes Strawberry Daiquiri and Calypso Colada flavors.

Here is how to make Red + Blue Piña Coladas:

4oz Malibu rum
4oz cream of coconut
6oz pineapple juice

Add all ingredients to blender and fill with ice. Blend until smooth. Add ice as needed until desired thickness.

Pour into glasses 3/4 full, then pour 3oz-4oz of Seagram’s Escapes on top.

Sounds delicious! Can’t wait to try it. The pics are so gorgeous! How many glasses should the original amount be divided into – serves 2 or 4 perhaps?
