Here’s a cute, simple idea for table settings for your Easter event! The egg sitting in the ramekin filled with grass is what really caught my eye. Especially with the fabulous name on the egg! (my daughter’s 😉 I’m not sure where you would find thick grass like this. Any suggestions?
I think if you couldnt find the wheat grass you could try the new edible easter grass thats being sold most places. Its not going to have the same effect as the thick green grass but would still be fun!
I did a version of this a couple years ago but these are MUCH cuter! I’m so redoing it this year! Thanks! It is wheat grass and you can buy it in bulk at most health food stores. It’s TOTALLY cheap too! You just sprinkle the wheat on top of soil, water and cover with platic wrap (remove when sprouts grow tall). About a week later… viola! So easy!:)
Looks like wheat grass my dear. :
I love it kimmi!
I will have to google wheat grass..and see where the heck you buy it! 🙂 Thanks!
Sarah said to grow it, google it, or maybe try a juice place since they sell shots of it!
