Last week at The Creative Connection, I happened upon a booth at the market that instantly grabbed my attention. I wonder why?
{vintage cupcakes print, cake plaque}
Jenny Heid and Aaron Nieradka, the creative couple behind Everyday is a Holiday have been creating art together for over 15 years. I was thrilled to find out that they are the artists behind the “Keep Calm & Have a Cupcake” line of products produced by Peter Pauper Press, which I love and featured here. I was able to chat with them for a few minutes at their booth and just like their art, they are as sweet as can be!

I’m a cupcake fanatic and LOVE these prints. I fell in lust with the ‘Keep Calm and Have a Cupcake’ months ago when I first saw it. But I can’t deny how much I love the ‘Have you had a cupcake today?’ image.
Cute stuff!!!! I love the box sign “have you had a cupcake today??”… well -have you? 🙂

I am so, so happy you fell in love with Jenny’s work! I have been such a fan of hers from the moment I first spotted her “New Girl In Town.” That has to be my favorite piece! PS…I LOVE her Ferris Wheel print, too! It reminds me of summers living at the beach!
How can I possibly choose. I love the pink mixer print and also the cupcake stand one and the Petit four print.

My favorite item is the Well Read Raven print. The Raven is my favorite Edgar Allen Poe short story! It would look great in my office!
There were 2 things that I loved. I loved the Everything’s Rosey Wooden Keepsake round box and I also loved the cupcake box with the notes inside! What a fun site.

Today is our 14 yr old’s Bday, and I gave her a necklace that says Keep Calm and Carry on w/the British flag on it (she loves UK stuff). We had cupcakes for her party. 🙂

I immediately fell in love with Everyday Is A Holiday Shop! Do you want to guess why? Because the logo contained the same porcelain doll head that my mother used to make a beautiful doll for me when I was a little girl. I also loved seeing all her beautiful art work. It’s a tie between the vintage bakery inspired cupcakes matted print and Keep Calm and Have a Cupcake Pink matted print in white frame. Both are so adorable!

I am sorry to say I ordered one of the prints on 9/29 and have never received it. Nor do they respond to emails. I will never order from this company again.
Unfortunately, I am in a similar situation as Pam. I love their artwork and placed an order a month and a half ago. They have terrible customer service and I’m still waiting for them to respond to my most recent e-mails. I realize that you’re not affiliated with them, but I googled to see if anyone else had this problem, and Pam’s comment came up, so I wanted to add to it too, in case anyone’s reading.
If nothing else, at least my bad experience led me to your website. Your work is beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
