Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have had a fantastic week! I’m so excited for this week’s giveaway. Not only because it’s such a cute shop, but because of the story of how this shop was started! This week, we are thrilled to introduce you to Origami Owl. We found out about these adorable necklaces at last year’s Believe Boutique and let me tell you…her booth was crazy busy!
A 14 year old young entrepreneur named Isabella was trying to earn enough money to buy a car by the time she turned 16. So, she used $350 that she saved from babysitting jobs to start Origami Owl. The brand’s success has catapulted since its launch in 2010. Today, Origami Owl’s signature line of Living Lockets is available online and at their retail location at Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ.
They like to say that Living Lockets are the latest trend in jewelry; but the truth is, they’re so much more than that. Living Lockets are an extension of you – because each and every one is custom designed to tell a story of your life and of what’s important to you. They believe there’s something truly special about a treasured piece of jewelry that tells your story in a way that only you can! Beautiful!
How it is works is you choose the charms that tell YOUR story, select a locket, pick a chain, and then select a hand-stamped metal plate. Every necklace is custom! No two are alike!

I’d choose the camera, the red hibiscus, and the birthstones for my four kiddos.
I would for sure get one with all my kiddos first initials in one then maybe a wedding date or husbands intials in one. I dunno but I love the concept of it! Hope I win!

These are fabulous – what a talented girl! I’d probably choose a J, August birthstone, charms for my 3 kids, the cz cross. Then again…. there’s so many choices!

I already own a bracelet with my sons birthstone and initial in it, but I would love to make something for my step mom who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer with hand stamped hope plate and a ribbon in it and some pink jewels on the side. I’m heading over to Chandler Mall in the next couple of days to pick up something for my eldest daughter’s sweet 16 birthday next week. I’m already a fan of OO on FB, and will be fanning Tomkat after I leave this comment. For daughter’s living locket, I’m going to put in all the things she loves: seahorse, cz dog bone, cupcake, her initial, birthstone, and pick some dangling charms to tie the whole color scheme together. I think she’ll love it!

My husband and I are expecting our first precious baby in about 2 more months! Our little man has already brought mounds of love and happiness and we are so excited for our little “Levi Joseph” to be here! I love the little blue footprints charms to represent our newest blessing. I also adore the CZ Heart charm because it reminds me of the love and the bond that my husband and I have for one another. The white cross also reminds me of all of the incredible blessings the Lord has given freely.
I’m also in love with the large CZ round locket and the cream pearl dangle {I’m a sucker for pearls! So girly and feminine} as well as the pink crystal dangle!! <3 This locket would tell my story. Origami Owl sure makes some beautiful & unique living lockets that can be treasured forever! I love it!

I love this and had so much fun designing a necklace. I would create a necklace with a January birthstone, an American heart, a white cross, and two E initials for my two sweet baby girls!

What a beautiful company started by a smart young lady! My favorite piece is one that I would love to own in memory of our son whom we lost last September…. I would do a medium round locket with a baby boy footprints charm, a September birthstone, and a mommy’s angel charm.

I just love love love these necklaces! It was hard to narrow it down to 10-12 items for the large locket! I am going to be a new mom (again) in a week so I think I will treat myself to a new gift! Love the living lockets on Origami Owl, especially with the baby grand piano and musical notes charms because I am a pianist and singer. I’m an August baby, and the peridot birthstone round is beautiful. I’d also get a “K” for my first initial, the CZ cross because I am a Lutheran, and the American heart to show my patriotism.

I love love love these lockets! i have a charm bracelet and i have such a hard time keeping the charms on it. With these they are inside so it is much much easier!! I would have my initial M, an apple and books because i am in school to be a teacher, a volleyball, a cross, earts, and so much more!!!!

I love these lockets and charms. Since I just got married a year ago, I would probably choose a metal plate with our monogram on it. I would want our birthstones incorporated and maybe some of the travel charms to symbolize our amazing honeymoon to Maui! I love the dangles too so I would definitely choose a few of those! First off… WOW. What a great story about a girl with the guts to go big. And I love the theory of building your own story.
I’d first start with Courage Brass Plate… because Courage is what got me where I am today.
And then I’d add alphabet letters for each of my children’s names & a birthstone for each. Because my courage led me to be strong for them… and to make us the family we are today. A clear crystal dangle. And… the gold faith nugget.
