It’s our First Fabulous Friday giveaway of the year! How exciting!
It’s Toni here and I have to admit…I have made the same resolution four years in a row….to get my pictures organized! Help! Enter the fabulous Becky Higgins. If you have ever scrapbooked, you probably know who she is. An avid scrapbooker, Becky joined Creative Keepsakes magazine in 1997, and was a contributor for them for 12 years! By then, she was a wife and mother to three little ones, and she decided to take her scrapbooking in a different direction. Enter Becky Higgins LLC, and Project Life.
Project Life is BRILLIANT. For those of you who do not have the time for the daunting task of detailed scrapbooking, Project Life is for you! You simply pair your photos with the pre-designed title cards and journaling cards. Your photos, the cards and even your memorabilia slip perfectly into Photo Pocket Pages and that’s it! DONE! The result is a stylish masterpiece that represents your life or whatever occasion you choose to record. With Project Life’s beautifully simple format, deciding what supplies to use or how to design layouts becomes obsolete, leaving you more time to experience life. Having followed Becky Higgins for years as I scrapbooked for my daughters and grandchildren, I have always appreciated her sense of style and use of color. I can’t decide between two favorites…. but they are very different. I love the Amber edition 12 x 12 cardstock, but I really like the big envelopes that will be coming in February.

Black Album and page 1 of my own story will have to be my favorite. I haven’t started yet, but I imagine if given the core binder set, once I start I won’t be able to stop. I’m not a creative type but appreciative creativity in others. This type system is perfect for the wanna be scrapbooker.
I really love the clementine & cobalt editions of PL. But I’d have to say though, I am quite fond of all the divided page protectors. You can do so much with them!

Oh my darlin’ CLEMENTINE!!!! So pretty. I just ordered the black binder and 2 designs of the plastics that happen to be in stock BUT I’m desperate for the 3×4 grid cards and the type A plastics. BUT my album & other plastics PLUS the pick from week 1 that I ordered are due here TOMORROW so I can start to play while I wait for the other stuff to get back in stock.
I’m holding off on buying a core kit til I get time to play with what I own b/c I have a huge paper stash. BUT I WOULD love the Clementine core kit if I won giveaway. Now my 12 yo DD wants Amber. 😉

I love the idea of pocket pages and presized cards for in them! So great to not have to cut, paste (I am ALWAYS out of adhesive!) and then get page protectors. The thing I saw when visiting Becky Higgins LLC that I absolutely fell in love with is the entire Clementine set. It is absolutely gorgeous.
