Cake Pops! Cake Pops! If you haven’t tried them, you are seriously missing out. Cake pops came on the dessert scene a few years back, when Bakerella came up with a brilliant idea. Fast forward to today and even Starbucks has caught on to the trend, offering cake pops on the menu! My mom & I have made them at home on several occasions and although they require basic ingredients, the actual process of rolling and dipping can be quite the project. I am so excited to have a new tool to help with the process and to give you the opportunity to win one, too!
This week we are introducing you to Heavenly Cake Pops. This mom-owned business is operated by Jennifer Cucci, who started her company by making cake pops back when they first became popular. Jennifer’s baking business became so busy that she wasn’t able to keep up with the many orders that were coming her way. She needed to make cake pops faster! She began to search for some type of machine that would help with her production but there was nothing on the market. So Jennifer took matters into her own hands and developed the Easy Roller.
From Jennifer…
Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. Content with developing the product for myself I soon discovered that all of my baking peers shared my same need and would benefit from this time saving device.
The Easy Roller is a huge hit and has been featured on The Bakery Network, Bake Magazine and on Bakerella’s blog! This device takes the hard work out of making cake pops. Check out this video to see how it works! It is truly AMAZING!

I just watched the video (with my 4 year old son by my side) and when she lifted up the lid to reveal the finished cake pops, my jaw dropped and my son’s eyes were huge! That thing is amazing! I don’t make many cake pops, but I do make a lot of Oreo cheesecake truffles and brownie pops and this tool would work perfectly for that as well. Perfect for the Christmas time holiday baking rush, too!

You can never go wrong with vanilla because you can add flavors to not only the cake but too the frosting as well.

I have an autoimmune disorder, RA, Rheumatoid Disease, and it causes swelling and deformity of the joints. It affects me systemically as well. I can’t stand very long or use my hands like I used to, this is great! When I saw this, I was amazed. This is like the best thing EVER! I would be able to make cake pops again if I had this. Yes please!
