They’re deceivingly simple to make, and will have every guests mouth watering. Trust me when I say, every flavor is just as delicious as it is beautiful!
Prosciutto and Fig Bruschetta
Ingredients
1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces, mascarpone, prosciutto, fresh figs each cut into 6 pieces, honey
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the baguette on a baking sheet and toast on for 15 minutes in the oven or until desired doneness. Top the baguette slices with a smear of mascarpone, prosciutto and fresh figs. Drizzle with honey and serve.
Brie, Apple and Fig Bruschetta
Ingredients
1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces fig spread, brie, sliced apple slices
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the baguette on a baking sheet and toast on for 15 minutes in the oven or until desired doneness. Top the baguette slices with a smear of fig spread, 2 slices of brie and 3-4 thinly cut pieces of apple slices.
Caprese Bruschetta
Ingredients
1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces, mozzarella, sliced vine ripened tomatoes, sliced basil leaves, balsamic reduction
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the baguette on a baking sheet and toast on for 15 minutes in the oven or until desired doneness. Top the baguette slices with alternating pieces of the mozzarella and tomato slices. In the middle, add a large basil leaf. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve.
