Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with a day at the spa with my BFF and a night out with friends! I’m back at my desk this morning with tons of projects and work to catch up on. The kids only have one week left until school starts (yes! we start that soon!) so I’ll be planning a few fun things this week with them. I came across these Banana Split Cupcakes via Baker’s Royale and knew they would be perfect to share today for Cupcake Monday! They sound like the perfect summer cupcake to me!
