The TomKat story started in 2008, when the market crashed and I decided to leave my real estate career to stay home with my two little ones (Tommy + Kate). Blogging had just become a trend and the timing was right. I started The TomKat Studio blog as an outlet to share creative things I was doing at home… parties, decorating, crafts, recipes. My passion for design and styling quickly led to amazing design and styling collaborations with brands like HGTV, DIY Network, and Pottery Barn Kids. In 2017, I decided it was time to combine my design experience with my real estate experience to build a team and offer client services for both design and real estate.
