Hi friends! Remember that super fun girls’ night pizza party we just posted in partnership with DIGIORNO pizza? While your delicious pizza is baking in the oven, we have a fun and tasty dessert for you to make!

Dessert Pizza Cookie

• 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1 1/2 cups whipped cream/whipped topping
• 1 cup crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies
• ¼ cup (Hershey’s) chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, and get out a baking sheet. Place dough on a piece of parchment paper, press into a circle. Roll dough into a flat circle about 1/2” thick, place dough and parchment together on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cookie is lightly golden brown. Remove and let cookie cool completely to room temperature. Spread with a layer of whipped cream, then sprinkle crumbled cookie pieces over this. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Slice into wedges and serve, pizza-style!
