We are back today with another delicious summer treat brought to you in collaboration with the California Milk Advisory Board! Smoothie bowls are everywhere these days, and it’s easy to see why! We love that they are a healthy and refreshing way to fill up on a sunny afternoon, but still sweet enough to make you feel like you’re having dessert! To make them the perfect snack or side for any summer gathering, we decided to add a little twist and serve them up in mini ice cream bowls. They are super simple to make, and the gorgeous fresh fruit toppings will have everyone’s mouth watering!
