It’s officially summer and we’re partnering with California Milk Advisory Board to bring you a tasty treat to help keep you cool while you’re hosting parties on these warm days! Pineapple has been a popular fruit as of late and we have a new take on how to serve it up to your guests. The pairing of some fresh pineapple and a scoop of Real California creamy coconut-pineapple ice cream screams summer to me, and I love that it is so quick and easy to prepare! This Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream is a sure way to satisfy the sweet tooth of every friend and family member. The best part? It only requires three ingredients!

Directions
Preheat a grill on medium heat. Place the pineapple slices on the grill, and cook on each side until grill marks form, about 6 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, toast the shredded coconut in a pan on medium heat until slightly browned.
Serve each pineapple ring with a scoop of coconut pineapple ice cream and a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
I hope you love this sweet treat as much as I do!
