Layered Baked Potato Salad
Serves 8-10
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. On a large baking sheet, mix together the potatoes, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a glass bowl, layer the potatoes and the remaining ingredients.
